Ordering

We warmly welcome you to place your order here on our website for delivery or collection, or alternatively contact us via email and we can send you an invoice.

Payment Method
When placing your order, you can select to pay by "card" or "pay in person" where you can pay by cash/card on collection or by Bank Transfer.

If you are wishing to pay by bank transfer, please leave a message stating this on your order and we will send an invoice via email with our bank details on to make the payment

Collecting

Orders can only be collected during our opening hours unless arranged otherwise. You can leave a note with your preferred collection day. Wednesdays 10-12 or Saturdays 9.30-1,

Delivery

We use Fedex 24Hr for all deliveries. If local we will deliver ourselves.

Emailing
We will send email confirmations of your order status. You can choose to subscribe to marketing emails for our latest stock and news through our website. We will not pass on your email address to any third parties.

All prices our in UK Pounds Sterling

Measurements

All measurements are approximate and may vary by a few mm.

Returns Policy
You may return goods sold by The Rustic Wood Barn within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

The customer is responsible for all return postage costs unless the incorrect item was received. We advise using a recorded postage option when returning the goods

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts.
Any item that has been drawn on/cut/sanded
Any item that has been defaced or personalised.
Items returned 14 days after delivery
